All quotations provided by Emerald Energy Solutions Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to revision if the scope of work changes.

4. Services

All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and applicable legislation. We will provide an Electrical Installation Certificate or appropriate documentation on completion of notifiable works.

We reserve the right to decline any work that we consider unsafe or that cannot be completed to the required standard.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of quotation. For residential works, payment is typically due on completion. For larger commercial projects, staged payments may be agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a booked job, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover preparation costs and lost time.

7. Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out. We are not liable for any consequential loss, indirect loss, or loss of profit arising from our services or any defects in our work.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing defects in your electrical installation that are not part of the agreed scope of work.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
